Iron Mountain is seeking a strategic Warehousing and Logistics Transformation Manager to lead strategic transformation initiatives across warehousing, distribution, and logistics operations. This role is a hands‑on change leader responsible for driving end‑to‑end process optimization, technology enablement, and performance improvement. You will ensure operational excellence, scalability, and cost efficiency while delivering measurable improvements in service, cost, and sustainability.

What You'll Do (Core Responsibilities)

Lead the design and execution of complex warehousing and logistics transformation programs, aligning initiatives with overall business strategy and customer requirements.

Implement lean and Six Sigma methodologies to streamline workflows, improve productivity, and identify opportunities for automation, digitization, and process standardization across multiple sites or regions.

Manage complex, cross‑functional projects from conception to implementation within budget and timelines, including developing business cases and transformation roadmaps.

Analyze current operations to identify inefficiencies, capacity constraints, and bottlenecks, and oversee network optimization studies and warehouse layout redesign.

Engage with internal teams (operations, IT, procurement, commercial) and external stakeholders (3PLs, suppliers) to ensure alignment, buy‑in, and lead change management activities to embed a culture of continuous improvement.

What You’ll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)

The ideal candidate will have :

Extensive experience in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a transformation or project leadership role.

Proven track record of delivering process improvement and cost reduction initiatives.

Strong knowledge of WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), TMS (Transport Management Systems), and data analytics tools.

Solid understanding of lean principles, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement frameworks.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
