A Warehouse Conditioning Operative plays a key role in ensuring that temperature-sensitive goods—such as pharmaceuticals and chemicals—are stored, handled, and transported under strict temperature-controlled conditions.

Please note the location for this role is BT63 5PW

How you create impact
  • Handling time critical consignments.
  • Preparing Temperature controlled alternatives to clients.
  • Accurate and timely data recording.
  • Action all Goods In & Goods Out movements of stock.
  • Dealing with driver deliveries, collections, and pick-ups.
  • Preparation of console consignments ready for shipping.
  • Data entry of key milestone information.
  • Dealing with all emails and phone calls in a timely manner.
  • Undertake reasonable duties / responsibilities or tasks.
  • Adherence to PCM / Liquid Nitrogen & Dry Ice solutions
What we would like you to bring
  • Warehouse working experience.
  • Good understanding of warehouse flows and processes.
  • Forklift license. (preferable not essential )
  • Confidence to work independently and remotely.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Able to identify and solve problems in a proactive manner.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Organized and prioritize current and forward workload.
  • Confidence working within a pressurized environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
