Job Description

As a member of our fast-paced warehouse team you will be responsible for ensuring the stock is moving through the warehouse in a safe and efficient manner. We operate a multifunctional warehouse, and our associates can be deployed to support different areas. From 'Goods In' where we received multiple containers per day through our bespoke 'Track packing area' and onto the Export delivery area where orders are prepared for worldwide shipping. This means our associates need to be multiskilled as well as flexible and forward thinking.

Responsibilities

• Ensure stock is moved through the warehouse in a safe and efficient manner.
• Support multiple areas within a multifunctional warehouse, including Goods In, Track packing area, and Export delivery area.
• Be multiskilled, flexible and forward thinking to meet daily operational needs.

What we're looking for in an associate

• Physical strength, fitness and dexterity

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Computer literacy, including knowing how to use scanners and relevant software programs, such as warehouse management systems would be beneficial - training will be given as needed

• Flexibility and reliability

We constantly aim to upskill our associates and have an in-house training team dedicated to this task. This development could be training to operate machinery, such as forklift trucks as well as in depth training on items such as manual handling and WMS interaction.

Shift Patterns

• 10:30 - 19:00 (Middle Shift)
• 14:00 - 22:00 (Late Shift)
• 05:30 - 14:00 (early shift)

No shift rotations, Monday to Friday - Great work life balance.

These positions are Full-Time and Permanent
