The role involves managing the warehouse and a team of around 10 people across goods‑in, pick, pack, and despatch, ensuring customer orders are delivered on time and in full.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver solutions that optimise warehouse operations.
• Oversee and coordinate goods‑in, pick, pack, and despatch activities.
• Review existing processes to identify opportunities for improvement, focusing on quality and efficiency.
• Lead end‑to‑end logistics function evolution and manage distribution‑related projects.
• Liaise with carrier partners to maintain effective logistics partnerships.
