A specialist mental health service in Oldham is seeking a Ward Manager to oversee the Acute ward operations. Cygnet Kenney House is our new hospital for women, located in Oldham. Providing a safe and secure care pathway for women with mental health needs, the service opened its doors in April this year.
We are currently seeking a Ward Manager (RMN/RNLD) who embodies passion, expertise, and dedication to join our team on a full‑time basis (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday). The successful candidate will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of our Acute ward and will require a deep understanding of mental health services as well as the ability to manage complex cases, navigate challenges, and exhibit strong clinical leadership within a fast‑paced environment.
