A leading charity organization in the UK is seeking a Waking Night Support Worker to support six adults with sensory loss and learning disabilities in their own home. This permanent role offers contracts up to 37.5 hours per week, with an hourly rate starting at £12.50 and enhanced rates for night shifts. Ideal candidates are caring, patient, and have good communication skills. Flexibility is essential, and a full UK driver's license is desirable. You will join our amazing Supported Living team in Tonypandy as a Waking Night Support Worker, supporting six adults with sensory loss and learning disabilities in their own home and with activities out in the community.
This is a permanent role with contracts available up to 37.5 hours per week.
We are offering an hourly rate from £12.50 with enhanced rates for night shifts, overtime and annual pay reviews/rises.
The shifts are varied and generally 10pm-7am, Monday-Sunday. Flexibility is essential to support the valuable service we provide. You may occasionally be required to pick up day shifts.
A Full UK Driver's License is desirable for this role.
