Job description

Pen Bryn supports seven people with complex Mental Health needs or Learning Disabilities. We support people to develop their own strategies and skills to become as independent as possible. We help individuals work towards the goals they have set, however big or small these may be, assisting them in developing confidence and self‑esteem. To join our team of super Support Workers you don't need to have superhuman strength or be able to fly. What you do need is the enthusiasm and commitment to live our company values every day to ensure we move mountains to support people to live happy and healthy lives.

  • Maintaining and helping with health‑care needs, including accompanying the people we support to routine appointments or administering medication.
  • Teaching life skills such as budgeting, paying bills & shopping.
  • Assisting with personal care as required.
  • Assisting with domestic tasks including cleaning & cooking.
  • Providing guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support.
Group Overview

Keys Group supports over 2,500 individuals across England and Wales through its three divisions: Accomplish, providing specialist residential, supported living, and accommodation for adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, and brain injuries; Keys, offering education and care for children and families through schools, children’s homes, supported accommodation, and family assessment centres; and Peak, delivering indoor and outdoor adventure activities across four UK centres, including bespoke education programmes and confidence‑building activities like bushcraft, climbing, and canoeing.
