About The Role

Responsibilities

• Be the face of the restaurant and help manage flow of service.
• Communicate effectively with the Kitchen and restaurant management to ensure a smooth and controlled dining experience for guests.
• Support the team across shifts with flexible patterns; the venue operates 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
• Contribute to a high standard of guest experience and brand standards.
