• Deep technical background in architecting and operating high performance platforms, microservices, API-driven development, and distributed systems.
• Leading and developing teams – the platform team is 20 people. You will lead and foster a high performance culture, reducing silos in and engaging across the business to add value.
• Build and scale high-performance, secure, cloud-native infrastructure.
• Lead platform architecture, CI/CD, DevOps tooling, observability, and security.
• Add value across the whole business taking the DevEx concept and broadening to all internal functions.
