Join us at Barclays as a Metrics, Reporting and Governance Lead and be responsible for establishing and maintaining robust governance frameworks, driving effective change management, and ensuring accurate performance measurement across UK Corporate Banking. your role ensures that strategic initiatives, regulatory requirements, and operational changes are delivered in a controlled, transparent, and efficient manner. You will partner with senior stakeholders to oversee key change programs, monitor business performance through meaningful metrics and KPIs, and embed a culture of continuous improvement, compliance, and accountability.
Key Skills:
Ability to define and embed a comprehensive metrics framework that spans input, output, outcome, and behavioural KPIs.
Expertise in designing governance models and reporting structures that connect transformation scorecards with platform-level dashboards.
Translate strategic objectives into measurable indicators across transformation pillars such as Colleague Ways of Working, Culture & Capability, and Client Experience
Strong command of tools like JIRA, Confluence, Tableau, Power BI, and Excel to enable real-time reporting and cross-team visibility.
Ability to work in an agile environment

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
Skilled in crafting executive narratives and stakeholder updates that drive awareness, alignment, and adoption of transformation goals
Ability to tailor messages across different audiences using frameworks like “Know, Feel, Do” and multimodal communication
