Responsibilities

• Create and manage Programmes of Work.
• Carry out property works validations.
• Generate Variations and Scopes with understanding of SORs.
• Run and manage sites.
• Allocate and control work for Sub-Contractors and staff.
• Inspect completed jobs.
• Perform risk and value management and cost control.
• Communicate with all stakeholders and suppliers.
• Maintain quality and Health & Safety on site.

Job description

Gilmartins are looking to recruit an experienced Voids Site Manager for MoD related works.

The successful person will need to pass MoD background checks. Must be SMSTS qualified with First Aid at Work and Fire Marshal certificates.

The void properties are across Glasgow and surrounding areas, some travel will be required.

responsibilities include:

• Ability to create and manage Programmes of Work
• Carry out property works validations
• Generate Variations and Scopes with good understanding of SORs.
• Run and manage sites
• Allocating and controlling work for Sub-Contractors and direct staff
• Inspect completed jobs
• Performing risk and value management and cost control
• Communication with all stakeholders and suppliers.
• Maintain and promote quality and Health & Safety on site
