About the Role

As our Visual Merchandising Manager, you’ll be the gatekeeper of the Fenwick creative vision at our Brent Cross store. You will lead, inspire, and develop a team to deliver and maintain the highest standards of visual merchandising, ensuring our customers experience Fenwick at its very best.

Working collaboratively with store leadership, central creative teams, and our buying & merchandising functions, you’ll bring innovation, creativity, and commercial awareness to everything you do.

About You

We’re looking for a confident and experienced Visual Merchandising Manager who is:

  • Passionate about visual merchandising and setting the highest standards.
  • An inspiring leader with proven people management experience.
  • Proficient in visual merchandising software and tools.
  • A strong collaborator, working effectively with wider management and cross-functional teams.
  • Commercially aware, with an eye for detail and the ability to make decisions that drive impact.
  • Knowledgeable about current and emerging fashion and retail trends.
  • A confident communicator, able to influence at all levels.
  • Skilled at ensuring brand consistency across all visual displays in line with company guidelines and marketing plans.
