A leading conservation organization in Gloucester is seeking a Visitor Operations Manager to enhance visitor experiences across wetland sites. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a visitor-facing role and strong project management skills. You will be responsible for inspiring teams and delivering effective brand messaging to create memorable visits. This full-time position offers a hybrid working pattern and competitive salary with generous benefits including 33 days annual leave.

Location: WWT Slimbridge, GL2 -Hybrid
Salary: £34,405 per annum
Contract: Permanent
Work Pattern: Full time, Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week. (Part-time and hybrid working will be considered).
Reporting to the Head of Interpretation and Programming, you will work to raise standards of presentation across all ten of our wetland sites whilst ensuring our messaging genuinely excites our visitors about the incredible Superpowers of Wetlands. Not only will you play a key role in influencing our visitors understanding, you will need to inspire staff and volunteers across all sites to be “Visitor First” in their attitudes and behaviours.
