We\'re looking for a Care Professional to join our brilliant team working in Milton Keynes, to provide quality visiting care to people in their own homes. As a GoodOaks Care Professional, you would make a huge difference to the quality of our clients\' lives, having enough time to go the extra mile. We work hard to develop care roles into a rewarding career that people can progress in; we offer paid training, paid mileage, career progression through funded diplomas, as well as our Team Leader structure that we only recruit from within for. No experience required and we provide paid training and detailed support when you join.

What will you do?
  • Provide companionship and engage in conversation with the client
  • Provide assistance with daily household tasks and activities
  • Perform light housekeeping duties, including cleaning, dusting, laundry and ironing
  • Assist with meal preparation and cooking
  • Run errands, such as grocery shopping or picking up prescriptions
  • Assist with personal care tasks, such as bathing and grooming (if required)
  • Monitor medication schedules and remind clients to take their medication (if required)
  • Accompany clients to appointments or social outings (if required)

  • You have the physical stamina to perform household tasks and assist with personal care
  • You are available to work between the hours of 7am - 10pm & alternate weekends
  • You have a valid UK driver\'s licence & access to a vehicle for work with business insurance
  • You must have the right to work in the UK - we are currently unable to offer sponsorship which also includes switching

What will you be doing as a Care Professional: Your visits can include helping clients get up and ready for the day, personal care, medication administration, companionship, meal preparation, household chores, outings and more.

What do we require?
  • Clear DBS check
  • At least two references
  • UK driving licence and use of your own car with business insurance cover
  • Valid right to work in the UK - we are currently unable to offer sponsorship or switching
  • Previous experience in health or social care is desirable such as domiciliary care, residential care, or support work - however this is not essential, if you have the same shared values as we do, as we do provide full training.
