Overview

Our client is looking to expand their support with a Virtual Assistant in Dubai to support their office starting out. We are looking for someone already set up as a freelance assistant or able to get going on their own.

Dubai based ONLY position

Availability

Days VA needs to be available / hours:

Monday–Friday ideally, with a real emphasis on Mondays, Tuesdays & Wednesdays (Dubai’s busiest days).

Hours

Hours per month starting:

10 hours per month to start – a soft launch while she figures out what can (and should) be handed over. Likely to grow over time.

Role breakdown
  • Inbox management– daily (or near-daily) checks, flagging priorities, fast responses, and keeping everything moving
  • WhatsApp support – lots of communication, contracts, and confirmations happen here; think of it as a second inbox
  • Commission tracking – mainly chasing up commissions, but also supporting with invoice generation if needed
  • General admin – from event prep (like the March Seasonal Fair) to helping with templates, processes and day-to-day bits
  • System alignment – working alongside a team member to bring consistency across tools, templates and internal systems
