Job Title: VIP Experience Ambassador

As a VIP Experience Ambassador, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming first impression for our guests. Your tasks will include, but are not limited to:

  1. Creating a warm, welcoming, and lasting impression for our guests.
  2. Checking in and checking out guests in a personable manner.
  3. Providing genuine, attentive, and friendly service to reflect Nobu standards.
  4. Answering questions regarding check-in/check-out times, room availability, hotel services, etc.
  5. Having thorough knowledge of OPERA to ensure all guest information is captured.
  6. Anticipating guests' needs and providing a personalized, crafted experience.
  7. Striving for excellent guest reviews at all times.
  8. Feeling empowered to make decisions that enhance the guest experience or resolve complaints.
  9. Being an ambassador for Nobu, embodying our values and commitment to our teams.
