A leading health provider is seeking a Care Home Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative support in their care home. This part-time role involves maintaining applications, updating systems, and assisting with various administrative tasks. Ideal candidates should have at least five GCSEs, a Level 3 NVQ in Business Administration, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Competitive salary and generous benefits are offered.

Salary range: £12.40ph & Excellent Benefits
Contract: Permanent - 24hrs
Shift Pattern: Working days between Monday to Friday predominantly 8am to 4pm.

As our Administration Assistant, you’ll provide comprehensive administrative support to the Care Home and Head of Care, including coordination of the care home daily diary, ensuring a professional and efficient service is provided at all times. You can count on a thorough induction when you start to help you settle into your new role followed by ongoing training and development including access to apprenticeships. This also includes access to our online portal which has a variety of resources to aid personal development & free access LinkedIn\'s online learning platform.
Because we care for vulnerable people, we’ll need you to complete a DBS check as part of the recruitment process. Bupa will cover the cost of this (£40).
You hold a minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at Grade C or above (including English and Maths) and a Level 3 NVQ in Business Administration and experience of working within a care home environment would be advantageous. With previous experience in an office environment, you’re confident using Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel. Friendly and professional, both face to face and over the phone, you’re organised and able to work well within a team. With a dedicated and efficient work ethic, you thrive in a busy environment and are able to handle a varied workload.
