Responsibilities
- Act as the point person facilitating events online via Zoom.
- Help panelists, moderators and attendees feel successful.
- Troubleshoot video and audio issues before and during events.
- Use sound judgement to decide when to escalates issues and ensure real-time resolution.
- Promote positive client relations and seamless events with virtual presence and tech savvy. Hours vary from 0 to 30 per week; no weekly hours guaranteed.
- Must be available for EST time zone events, with potential GMT hours.
- Coordinate and facilitate virtual meetings, live streams and presentations, sometimes simultaneously.
- Respond to all virtual communication in a timely and professional manner.
- Escalate issues as needed; learn and apply solutions in the future.
- Proactively engage with the team and support others as needed.
- Provide client-facing, highly professional customer service.
- Other duties as assigned according to business line and regional attributes.
Degree educated preferred., Work virtually without interruptions.
- Reliable internet connection and working computer.
- Excellent interpersonal communication in fluent English.

Additional Skills
- Experience with Zoom and Microsoft Suite (Teams).
- Previous work or virtual meetings from home desired.
- Flexible work schedule.
- Fluency in German, Italian or other languages is a plus.
Required Equipment
- Windows PC : Windows 10 64-bit, Intel i5 6th gen or higher, AMD Ryzen 5 or higher, at least 8 GB RAM (16 GB preferred), 128 GB storage, 50 Mbps or higher internet, hard-wired preferred.
- Mac : Intel i7, Apple M1, M1 Pro, M2, Ventura or Sonoma OS, at least 8 GB RAM (16 GB preferred), SSD with at least 128 GB, no virtualised OS.
- High-speed steady internet connection (50 Mbps or higher), video and audio capability, hard-wired internet preferred.
- We highly recommend a PC over a Mac due to required security compliance software.
