A leading media company in the UK is seeking a proactive Video Editor to manage all video editing for The Sunday Style YouTube channel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lifestyle editing for YouTube and the ability to work under tight deadlines. You will deliver high-quality content that engages audiences through creative editing styles. This role offers a flexible working model, including options to work from home.
The Times and The Sunday Times represent a combined 400 years of covering news and providing comment and analysis on the UK and the world. We are authoritative, credible, responsible, trusted and a part of the nation’s cultural heritage.
Your Role: The video department is looking for a proactive and creative Video Editor to manage the editing of all long-form and short-form video for the The Sunday Style YouTube channel and website. The ideal candidate will have brilliant previous knowledge of editing similar lifestyle content from interior house tours to beauty and fashion series and celebrity interviews.
You will work alongside the Head of Style Video to deliver four films a month and multiple cutdowns for Youtube shorts and The Times social channels. Our ideal editor will have the ability to cover both editorial style videos and videos sold commercially by our in-house team.
