Our client is one of the largest providers of further education, work-based learning and higher education courses in the region.

Following a period of significant growth, the college are seeking an experienced and ambitious leader to join their Senior Leadership Team as Vice Principal for Adults, Apprentices and Higher Education. You will lead the strategic development and delivery of our client’s adult, apprenticeship and higher education provision, ensuring it aligns with regional priorities, employer needs and delivers excellent outcomes for learners.

The role will drive curriculum innovation, high-quality teaching and strong progression into employment and further study. You will strengthen partnerships with employers, universities and funding bodies, secure new opportunities, oversee key funding streams and deliver strong performance against financial, quality and learner targets.
