A global leader in customer experience transformation is seeking a Vice President, Sales Executive to drive new business revenue across the UK&I. This role involves managing relationships with C-level stakeholders, leading full sales processes, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver innovative CCaaS solutions. Ideal candidates will have over 7 years of experience in new business sales within the customer experience space and a proven track record of closing large deals. The Role The New Business Sales Vice President - CCaaS Solutions, as a sole contributor, is responsible for driving new business revenue across the UK&I. This role focuses on identifying, developing, and closing opportunities with Enterprise and Mid-Market clients seeking to modernise their customer engagement through CCaaS, AI and digital CX transformation.You’ll lead the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting through to contract closure, working collaboratively with internal teams and vendor partners to deliver market-leading cloud contact centre solutions.This is a strategic, consultative sales role that requires a deep understanding of CCaaS platforms ( NICE, Genesys, Five9, Microsoft, Google, Cisco, etc) and the value they bring to customer engagement, operational efficiency, and business outcomes.
