A growing digital commerce platform is seeking a Vice President of Sales for the EMEA region. This role requires extensive SaaS eCommerce sales experience and involves building on existing customer relationships to drive bookings performance and revenue growth. The VP will develop a regional sales team, execute strategies, and personally engage in enterprise sales. The position offers high autonomy and significant opportunity to shape the future of the EMEA business with competitive compensation.

KIBO Commerce is expanding its European presence to meet established and growing demand for its commerce SaaS platform.
The Vice President of Sales, EMEA will build on an existing European customer base and active sales pipeline, while formalising and scaling KIBO’s regional go‑to‑market motion. This is not a greenfield experiment—you will inherit momentum, relationships and opportunity, with the mandate to turn early success into a durable, scalable organisation.
This is a player‑coach role with meaningful ownership. You will close strategic enterprise opportunities, shape regional strategy and lay the foundation for a multi‑team EMEA organisation over time.
Moreover, you will be part of the KIBO Senior debatership Team and advise the Executive Leadership Team on growth throughout the region.
