We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Fund/Client Accounting Manager to join our Institutional Accounting team. This role is located in Manchester.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Join a team of accounting professionals by demonstrating expertise in fund and client accounting, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Oversee daily record keeper transmission activity, fund of fund allocations and perform liquidity calculations resulting from participant flows.
• Collaborate with clients, servicing teams, technology and operations for client onboarding, structural change and asset events to ensure seamless custody and accounting operations.
• Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address accounting issues and develop robust solutions that align with BNY’s strategic goals.
• Drive process improvements and efficiency initiatives within the accounting function, leveraging technology and best practices.
• Assist in metric creation and delivery of client KPI for management consumption.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional accounting designation (e.g., CPA, CMA) preferred.
• Typically 4‑7 years of experience.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficient in financial reporting and accounting software.
