Qualifications

• Experience in a coordinating role, with a focus on visual effects.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Line Producers to track and manage workflows.
• Organise meetings and maintain an updated production database.
• Provide clear communication among production team members.
• Anticipate issues and communicate effectively to resolve them.
• Maintain progress summaries from previous work by artists.

Skills

Excellent organisation time/project management skills

Able to work within a team towards a common goal

Basic understanding of live-action and CG-based visual effects workflows

Experience and knowledge of using Shotgun software
