Overview

This large community veterinary practice in Lancashire is looking for a confident and forward‑thinking Veterinary Surgeon to join a friendly four‑vet team. The role offers a dynamic and fulfilling opportunity to take on a key position within a busy, community‑focused clinic.

Responsibilities
  • Engage with the team through regular meetings and support practice success.
  • Mentoring and supporting colleagues, including leading nurse consults.
  • Promote best clinical practice, leadership and coaching skills.
  • Support schedule 3 procedures and enhance performance and workflow.
Qualifications
  • Couple of years of experience in UK small animal practice.
  • Comfortable with both consulting and surgical responsibilities.
  • Ready to contribute to the growth and evolution of the practice.
  • Interest in dermatology or other medical discipline is desirable.
  • Openness to complex surgery mentorship if of interest.
