We know that everyone has demands and priorities outside of their career and we want to make it easy for you to strike the right balance, whether you are looking for a full‑time or part‑time role we are sure we can find the right rota pattern for you. Typically, a full‑time role would involve working 40 hours per week (4 days per week), along with a shared Saturday morning rota, which sits at 4:12 with time back in lieu. "Here's what the team have to say"

"I started my career at Manor as a student vet nurse. The team welcomed me, were eager to show me the ropes and to get me involved with the wide and varied case load that we treat. Over the years I have been able to really utilise my nursing skills and broaden my knowledge within a supportive and caring environment. I have always been encouraged to improve and develop. Therefore, my role has changed over the years – SVN, RVN, senior inpatient nurse and now Nursing manager. I feel very lucky to be part of a team that really does aim to deliver the best care to our patients" – Amy, Nursing Manager.
