Overview

Salary up to £65,000 FTE DOE plus a relocation allowance up to £5,000 and welcome bonus up to £5,000. The team at Croft Vets is looking for an experienced and dynamic Veterinary Surgeon to join our friendly and supportive practice.

Responsibilities
  • Your duties will include the full spectrum of consultations, diagnostics, and surgery.
  • Hours: 3 days per week (8:30am - 6:30pm), 28 hours per week.
  • Weekends: 1 in 4 Saturday mornings (half day).
  • No Sundays, Bank Holidays, or OOH – ensuring a great work/life balance.

We are a single-site small animal practice based on Banbury Road, Brackley, with easy access to the M40. Our practice is well-equipped with 4 consult rooms, spacious prep and operating areas, and a full range of facilities including:

  • Laparoscopy
  • Dental x-ray
  • In-house laboratory
  • 15-minute consults and dedicated operating days
  • A thriving dentistry referral service

Our client base is made up of loyal, bonded owners, many of whom are insured and members of our Healthcare Plan.

You’ll be joining a wonderful and experienced team of Vets, Registered Veterinary Nurses, and Support Staff, including certificate holders. We are passionate about providing excellent veterinary care while also supporting each other and maintaining a positive, collaborative workplace.
