The Opportunity

We’re seeking a motivated GP vet ready to take the lead in developing the practice and growing its caseload. Whether you’re an established clinician or earlier in your career but eager to progress, you’ll have solid support from a strong regional network.

Previously a busy two‑vet clinic, the practice is expanding to 2.5 FTEs but has recently relied on locum cover, creating a fantastic opening for someone keen to build a thriving and profitable branch. The clinic is well‑equipped with multiparameter monitors, in‑house labs, digital radiography, dental suite, ultrasound, and tonopen, with referral support nearby for advanced procedures and overnight care. You’ll be leading a capable and enthusiastic team, with access to wider clinical expertise whenever needed.

We’re looking for a confident GP vet who is committed to excellent client and patient care. You’ll have the ability to lead, inspire, and ensure every pet receives the very best treatment.

Leadership or business background is useful, but not essential — what matters most is your ambition, dedication, and desire to succeed. Full support will be provided to help you thrive in this role.
