A progressive veterinary practice in East Hertfordshire is seeking a dedicated veterinarian to join their supportive team. This role offers flexible working arrangements, a salary up to £65K DOE, and professional development opportunities. We are a 5 vet small animal first opinion practice in a semi‑rural village in Hertfordshire. Our practice is well equipped with modern facilities including 2 theatres, large prep room, dental suite with dental x‑ray, DR Radiography with floating table, Ultrasound with cardiac probe, In‑house lab.
This position is suitable for someone who prides themselves on providing a consistently high level of service to their clients. This role will provide you with ample opportunity for progression and fulfilment. You would be far from alone, with support from an excellent practice team, practice director and a large friendly network within the company.
We are happy to look at flexible working and will consider part time/fixed term options for candidates.
As a practice we are lucky enough to offer 30‑minute consults to our clients and 15 minutes for boosters. Giving you the time to provide a great service.
Our location is in a beautiful rural setting but with great links to local towns and London.

Within this role, you will work a 40‑hour week across 5 days with a share in the Saturday rota 9am‑5pm. No OOH are required for this position. Full or part time candidates will be considered for this role and different rota patterns will be considered.
We currently have two certificate holder vets and another team member working towards one. We fully support vets with further development, and we would help fund and encourage you in finding your area of interest.
