A veterinary practice in Exeter is seeking a Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) to deliver high-quality nursing care across various areas, including inpatient and surgical settings. This role offers exposure to an interesting and diverse caseload, alongside access to state-of-the-art veterinary facilities including CT, endoscopy, and a fully equipped in-house laboratory.

Deliver high-quality nursing care across inpatient, surgical, and consultation areas
Confidently monitor and manage anaesthesia for a wide range of procedures
Support a diverse caseload, including small animal, exotics, imaging, and internal medicine
Rotate between the main hospital and branch practices when required (primarily hospital-based)
Work closely with vets and fellow nurses to ensure excellent patient care
Assist with laboratory diagnostics, stock control, and maintaining clinical standards
Participate in the on-call rota (approximately one per month – 13 nights and 4 weekends per year)
Contribute positively to a proactive, supportive nursing culture
Join a large nursing team of ~20 RVNs, offering excellent support and mentorship
Varied caseload including exotics and advanced diagnostics
Access to modern equipment: CT scanner, endoscopy suite, in-house laboratory
A practice that genuinely values nursing autonomy and skills
Flexible working options: four longer days or a five-day working week
Accommodation available for overnight and on-call shifts
