Job summary

A leading veterinary clinic in Wakefield is seeking a Client Care Advisor to provide exceptional service to clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer care, preferably in veterinary or healthcare settings, coupled with excellent communication and IT skills. Duties include managing client enquiries and providing a supportive experience throughout the referral journey. Qualifications

Job description

Salary: 26437 per annum pro rata to 13879.43

Hours: 21 hours per week - Monday - Wednesday 8am - 3:30pm

1 in 5 Late shift 12:30pm - 8pm & 1 in 11 Saturdays 8am-5pm

An exciting opportunity has opened for a Client Care Advisor to join our friendly team at Paragon.

Duties will involve
  • Providing a warm professional and empathetic experience for clients throughout the referral journey
  • Managing referrals booking consultations and procedures and supporting the front-of-house reception experience
  • Communicating effectively with clinical teams to ensure efficient diary management and high standards of patient care
  • Handling client enquiries insurance claims and payments in line with internal processes
  • Resolving low-level client concerns to ensure excellent customer satisfaction
  • Using practice management systems inboxes and digital tools to support a smooth client journey
  • Working collaboratively across teams while promoting Paragon Referrals core values and positive culture
What we are looking for
  • Proven customer care experience ideally within the veterinary or healthcare sector
  • Excellent communication organisation and problem-solving skills with a proactive can-do attitude
  • Ability to work confidently in a fast-paced multi-disciplinary environment
  • Strong attention to detail and a good understanding of GDPR and client confidentiality
  • Experience handling low-level complaints and supporting clients empathetically
  • Competent IT skills including Microsoft Office and practice management systems
  • A flexible supportive team player who thrives under pressure and prioritises outstanding service
