Qualifications

• Must have a Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent or time-served experience.
• Must have a full driver’s license with no more than 9 points.
• Experience as a Technician/Mechanic able to carry out diagnostic work and complex repairs.

Responsibilities

• Skilled in servicing, repair, and replacement work.
• Carry out complex tasks such as clutches and timing belt replacements.
• Diagnose vehicle electrics, brake, steering, and suspension systems.

Skills

Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent OR time served experience

Full driver’s license with no more than 9 points

Experience in diagnostic work (brakes, steering/suspension, engine)

Ability to carry out complex repairs (coolant, diesel injectors, etc.)
