Job summary

A leading dealership in Birmingham is seeking a skilled Vehicle Repair Technician to join their team. The ideal candidate will have NVQ level 3 in Motor Vehicle Repair and previous experience in a similar role. Responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction, diagnosing vehicle issues, and maintaining industry standards. This role offers a salary of £40,000 to £50,000 plus bonus.

• Previous experience in a similar role required.
• MOT trained is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team to achieve total customer satisfaction.
• Ensure industry standards and guidelines are carried out.
• Identify and diagnose additional work requirements on vehicles.
• Complete all service and repair paperwork accurately.
• Carry out PDI & MPC checks on all vehicles.

Pentagon Recruitment are working closely with a leading Dealership who have sites across Central Birmingham. The ideal canidate needs to be based within a 10 minute radios of Shirley/Solihull.

To be successful you will

Have NVQ level 3 in Motor Vehicle Repair or equivalent.

Have previous experience in a similar role.

MOT trained would be desirable but not essential.

Organised and have good attention to detail.
