Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Conduct MOT tests in line with DVSA regulations
  • Complete servicing, diagnostics, mechanical repairs and maintenance
  • Deliver accurate vehicle health checks
  • Manage jobs independently from start to finish
  • Road test vehicles following repair work
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant workshop environment
  • Support customer enquiries and occasional front-of-house duties
  • Complete all related administration and documentation accurately
  • Assist with general workshop oversight when required
What We're Looking For
  • DVSA-approved MOT Tester (If possible)
  • Minimum 4 years' workshop experience
  • Level 3 Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
  • Proven mechanical capability and strong diagnostic competence
  • Ability to carry out accurate and efficient repairs across all vehicle systems
  • Confident using hand tools, power tools and diagnostic equipment

  • Clear, professional communication with customers and colleagues
  • Full UK driving licence
  • High attention to detail and ability to deliver consistent workmanship
