Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking an Automotive Vehicle Technician in Truro. The role offers a competitive salary of up to £36,000 basic, with an OTE of £42,000. Overview

An exciting opportunity has become available for an Automotive Vehicle Technician / Vehicle Mechanic within a Main Dealer Group, located in Truro. Our Automotive Client has a need for a Vehicle Technician who is motivated and able to work to their own initiative.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and finding faults to establish what work needs to be done.
• Carrying out work in a timely and accurate manner.
• Vehicle road testing and ensuring parts are both handled and stored correctly.
• Providing top quality customer care every time to all customers.
• Carrying out Servicing and Repairs to a variety of Vehicles
• MOT Testing
• Performing Diagnostic Testing to identify Vehicle Faults.
• Ensuring that paperwork is completed to the highest of standards

Requirements

• A Fully Qualified Vehicle Technician NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
• A Current and Valid UK Driving Licence
• Dedicated and committed approach.
• Your job as a Vehicle Technician will be your passion and you will enjoy all aspects of your work.

Benefits & Salary

The salary of this role is up to £36,000 basic with OTE of £42,000.

Hours

Hours of work for this Vehicle Technician role are 40 hours a week; Monday to Friday and Saturday Mornings on rota.
