  • Has proven car sales experience (main dealer or independent) — OR strong high‑value/retail sales experience
  • Is confident selling warranty, finance and add‑on products
  • Holds a full UK driving licence
  • Is confident, approachable and passionate about delivering excellent customer service
  • Can build trust and long‑lasting customer relationships
  • Is target‑driven, proactive and hungry to earn
  • Is organised, professional and comfortable with admin and paperwork
  • Experience with iVendi or DealerKit is an advantage, not essential
