Vehicle Paint Sprayer

Location: Kettering, Northamptonshire

Pay Rate: £15–£19 per hour

Hours: Monday–Friday (Flexible start times: 08:00–17:00 / 08:30–17:30 / 09:00–18:00)

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

The Company

Interaction Recruitment is working in partnership with one of the UK’s fastest-growing Class 4 & 7 motor vehicle traders and resellers. Due to continued growth, we are now seeking experienced Vehicle Paint Sprayers to join their skilled team in Kettering.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepping and painting Class 4 & 7 vehicles to a high standard
  • Masking, priming, sanding, and finishing using various paint techniques
  • Ensuring all work meets company and industry quality standards
  • Working closely with other technicians to meet deadlines and maintain workflow
  • Attending training sessions as required
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Candidate Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in vehicle painting and prepping
  • Experience working on Class 4 & 7 vehicles preferred
  • Relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Refinishing) desirable but not essential
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
  • Team player with a proactive attitude
