VAT Senior - Birmingham

Are you currently working in VAT/ Indirect Semi Senior or Senior level and looking for a genuine opportunity to progress your career a fantastic modern working environment or simply a new challenge in the Birmingham area?

Clark Wood are delighted to be working with one of the UK's most reputable national firms who are actively looking to develop their VAT Team with the addition of a VAT Senior.

As a VAT Senior your role will be to assist VAT partners, directors and staff within several departments to provide a wide range of high-quality VAT advice to clients.

Your role will include providing advice and support on compliance and planning issues to clients from a wide variety of industry sectors, regularly maintaining contact and making visits as appropriate.

You will also become the main point of contact for responding to internal VAT compliance questions from other departments and be instrumental in identifying those that require further review from a partner or director.

The successful candidate will have gained an excellent understanding of VAT compliance and have an appetite and desire to develop their advisory exposure across the SME market.

The local Birmingham office is commutable from areas all across the West Midlands area; Edgbaston, Oldbury, Stourbridge, Worcester, Redditch, Solihull, Bromsgrove etc.
