Job description

Overview

Our client, a household name in the logistics industry, are currently recruiting for a Van Driver to join its growing team in Dunstable. Successful candidates will receive full training, including 1-2 days of compliance and system training followed by 1-2 weeks shadowing with an experienced team member. Once settled in, you will be allocated a fixed route and will support the warehouse team in loading your vehicle, completing up to 70 drops per day. All drivers must be physically fit and comfortable with multi-drop deliveries.

Pay Rates

• 14.25 per hour for the first 45 hours worked per week
• 21.38 per hour for 45+ hours worked per week
• 28.50 per hour for Bank Holidays and Sundays

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday
• 07:00 or 08:30 start times typically routed for 9-10 hours
• Start time is dependent on allocated route
