Job Description

Are you a Van Driver looking for an ongoing position? In this position, you’ll be responsible for delivering large appliances across the UK, ensuring safety and efficiency throughout the process. This is a physically demanding position, so you must be comfortable with this.
In this role you will drive a 3.5 Tonne low loader van, working with a second driver to share the driving and delivery tasks.
Using a shoulder dolly, you’ll assist with lifting and delivering heavy items like cookers, fridge freezers, TVs, and more. You’ll work together with your partner to safely offload the goods, with the shoulder dolly technique helping to reduce strain.
With this being a customer-facing role, you’ll be delivering appliances directly into customers’ homes. A key part of the job is providing excellent customer service, being friendly, professional, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Hourly Rate: The pay for this position is £12.50 per hour with optional overtime being available. Please note that we do not offer visa sponsorship.

Working Hours: The work starts in the morning, anytime between 03:00 and 07:00 and will finish once the run is completed.

Experience & Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have commercial Van driving experience, be comfortable with heavy lifting and have no more than 3 points on your licence.
