The Value Stream Business Consultant – Front Office is an individual contributor embedded in the SimCorp One Value Stream.
Main task: Design, build, and maintain Front Office standards and configurations for client implementation projects. This is not just advisory—it is hands‑on configuration work to create robust, reusable standards that accelerate onboarding and ensure consistency across engagements.
The consultant will take leadership in continuously improving these standards, applying lean principles and feedback loops to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
Additionally, this person will bring client implementation asks to the Standards Guild for visibility and prioritization, ensuring transparency and alignment with strategic goals.
You will think across the investment management lifecycle (Select → Onboard → Operate), align ways of working to business agility principles, and turn standards into actionable, scalable frameworks adopted across teams.
