Beach Baker is proud to be partnering with a dynamic, forward-thinking property consultancy to recruit a Valuation Surveyor (Surveyor or Senior Surveyor level) for their expanding Bristol team.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Red Book-compliant valuations for loan security, tax, financial reporting, and internal decision-making.
• Conduct inspections, market research, and prepare detailed valuation reports.
• Support major projects and contribute to internal systems and business planning.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the valuation sector.
• Collaborate with colleagues to grow the valuation offering in the region.

What We're Looking For

• Ideally MRICS-qualified with RICS Registered Valuer status.
• Strong technical knowledge of valuations and RICS standards.
• Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ideally ARGUS software.
• Full UK driving licence.
