Are you a Business Manager or Transaction Manager in the motor trade looking for your next step This is an exciting opportunity to move into a Used Car Sales Manager role with a successful and ambitious dealer group.

The Role

As Used Car Sales Manager youll take ownership of the used car department leading a motivated team and ensuring customers receive an exceptional buying experience. Youll still be hands-on with finance and closing deals but youll now also oversee team performance stock management and compliance.

Key responsibilities include :
  • Leading motivating and coaching the sales team to achieve sales and F&I targets
  • Driving finance performance while ensuring full FCA compliance
  • Managing used car stock pricing and digital advertising
  • Closing sales alongside your team and leading from the front
  • Handling customer escalations professionally and efficiently
  • Driving improvements in both team performance and the customer journey
