A leading automotive dealership in Sheffield is seeking a Used Car Sales Executive to provide exceptional customer service during the car buying experience. Permanent Used Car Sales Executive role with a basic salary of £20,000 and the potential to make a generous commission. Our Used Car Sales Executives are at the heart of ensuring first‑class customer experiences at every Sytner dealership. Joining us means you will be the key point of contact for customers during the exciting experience of buying a car, so it is crucial to get the service right first time and every time.
Sytner Sheffield are offering this opportunity to individuals who come from a customer service or sales background. As a Used Car Sales Executive you will communicate with customers to support and understand their needs on their journey to buying a used car. You will work flexible patterns, often including weekends, to provide the highest levels of service. In addition to your salary, a very achievable OTE of £50,000 includes a company car, subsidised Manufacturer Car Purchase schemes for your family, discounted MOT and servicing, a colleague introduction reward scheme, discounted gym membership and discounts with popular high‑street retailers.
You will have good interpersonal skills, take pride in engaging with customers face‑to‑face and have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. A full and valid UK driving licence will also be beneficial. Please note you may be asked to attend an assessment centre. When applying, we require candidates to have customer service experience within a retail environment as a minimum requirement for this role.
