Key Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support to adults and elderly clients.
• Support individuals with complex needs.
• Assist children with challenging behaviour.
• Work flexible day and night shifts within adult social care.
• Escort service users to outreach programmes, day centres, shopping, and social events.
• Provide safe home-to-school and school-to-home support.

Candidate Requirements

• Must live in, or be willing to commute/relocate to, Tower Hamlets.
• Availability to work weekdays and/or weekends.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
• Willingness to undergo a DBS check (flexible payment options available).
