Overview

Are you passionate about working with young people and interested in developing a career in education? Clarence Recruitment are urgently seeking enthusiastic Unqualified Teachers, Cover Supervisors and Instructors to support a variety of secondary schools across Leicester and Leicestershire.

These roles are ideal for individuals who have experience working with young people and want to step confidently into the classroom—whether you’re a HLTA, a TA, an Instructor, a Coach, or someone with strong school-based experience looking to progress.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Delivering pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects
  • Managing classroom behaviour and creating a positive learning environment
  • Supporting pupils’ learning and ensuring work is completed
  • Playing an active role in school life and contributing to pupils’ progress
  • Gaining invaluable experience for those considering a teaching career
What We’re Looking For
  • Eligible to work in the UK
  • Experienced in working with young learners in an educational or coaching setting
  • Confident with classroom and behaviour management
  • Able to follow instruction, use initiative and work well within a team
  • Strong in literacy and numeracy
  • Motivated, professional and enthusiastic about supporting young people
  • Able to provide recent references and hold (or be willing to obtain) an Enhanced DBS
