What You’ll Be Doing:

• Delivering pre‑planned lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 in the absence of the classroom teacher
• Managing classroom behaviour and creating a positive, focused learning environment
• Supporting students with their learning, wellbeing, and engagement in lessons
• Collaborating with staff to promote academic progress and inclusion
• Gaining experience across a variety of subjects and age groups

• Individuals with experience working with young people (e.g. mentoring, coaching, tutoring, or youth work)
• Confident communicators who can motivate and manage a classroom effectively
