Insurtech Insights is a global insurance media company that connects executives, entrepreneurs and investors looking to build the future of insurance. We’ve launched and scaled large-scale conferences across the world and are expanding into digital media as part of our long-term strategy to leverage our network and offer new services for the industry.

Insurtech Insights is part of United Media, which focuses on building large-scale industry media and conferences products in sectors such as insurance, HR, private equity, retail, etc. As of today, we have organically launched 8 media companies and acquired one.

As our University Recruiter, you will have ownership of our recruiting and be a key player in building the brand within Insurtech. You’ll be working out of our HQ in London and to ensure a growth curve, we provide you with:

Your Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will vary; however, some of them will include:

  • Take ownership of all aspects of the recruitment process, including role profiling, candidate sourcing, CV screening, assessment planning, creating interview scripts and conducting interviews
  • Build a strong employer brand and attract both visible talents (what we call shouting talents) as well as covert talents (what we call whispering talents)
  • Own the execution of further developing and automating our recruiting processes
  • Improve our onboarding process in close collaboration with management
What we expect from you

We expect you to take ownership of everything you do, be proactive and follow through on commitments. You should have a strong work ethic with a high sense of urgency and a drive to be the very best at what you do. You should be humble and share our passion for building and executing new businesses. While we have no preferences as to whether you have a background in HR, marketing, sales, or something else, you should have an innate desire to get to know other people and learn, develop, and push yourself. If needed, we will teach you everything you need to know about recruiting. We do expect you to:

  • Have acquired a bachelor’s or master’s degree with outstanding results
  • Have a UK work permit
  • Be curious about and have a genuine and deep passion for working with and understanding people
  • Want to spend your day speaking with people ranging from students to executives
  • Have a natural ability to make people feel comfortable around you
Start date

Flexible. The role is onsite, Monday to Friday, based in our offices at Buckingham Gate. It is essential we work at a fast pace and collaborate in person to create market-leading, unmatched events throughout the calendar year.
