The Opportunity

Love specialty coffee and building high-performing teams? As our UK Sales Manager, you’ll lead our Business Development and Account Management teams to grow our customer base, keep clients happy, and bring fresh energy to our sales culture. You’ll be at the forefront, supporting our sales team to win new business, nurturing long-term relationships, and championing our brand values across the market. This is a chance to make a real impact — helping us shape the future of specialty coffee in the UK and beyond while developing and inspiring a brilliant team. This role is London-based but may require nationwide travel.

About You
  • Proven track record in sales leadership, preferably within specialty coffee, FMCG, or hospitality-related industries.
  • Strong people management skills with experience leading and developing sales teams.
  • Excellent commercial acumen and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage high-value accounts and tenders.
  • Strong communicator and relationship builder across multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate insights into action and measurable results.
  • Passion for specialty coffee and alignment with our values as the Ultimate Coffee Hosts.
