Job summary

A leading life sciences recruitment agency is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for Pain Management in Manchester, UK. The successful candidate will drive sales within cardiac and thoracic operating environments and provide clinical support during procedures. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and proven success in medical device sales. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to travel up to 80%. Qualifications

  • Proven success in medical device sales, ideally in cardiac or thoracic surgery.
  • Knowledge of neuromodulation and pain management therapies is advantageous.
  • Strong clinical and technical aptitude.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for your territory to achieve targets.
  • Identify new customers and opportunities while expanding penetration in existing accounts.
  • Provide clinical support during procedures and assist with follow-up patient care.
  • Collaborate with leadership to implement strategies aligned with corporate goals.
  • Share market insights and trends with marketing teams.
  • Attend industry trade shows and events as needed.
  • Manage territory performance and maintain accurate activity tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital and healthcare system access requirements.
  • Comfortable working in an OR environment.
